RETURNS POLICY

The return address is as follows:

You will be refunded, within fourteen (14) days, the amount paid for the returned product, including shipping costs, if applied at the time of purchase, by the method you used to make the payment.

 

RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL

1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on DRESTIGE.com. In some specific cases, duly indicated in the Right of Withdrawal section, it will be possible to change the chosen item with another one.

2. To withdraw from the contract you can use the Return Page (conforming to the standard form pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 4 of the consumer code) to be filled in and sent directly online through the site DRESTIGE.com, or draw up and send the Seller another explicit statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you choose to use the Return Form to be transmitted directly online through the mail resi@drestige.com, the Seller will send you confirmation by e-mail of the receipt of the withdrawal request. If you choose, instead, to send another withdrawal declaration, the burden of proving the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be on you.

3. Once you have exercised your right to withdraw from the contract, you shall return the products to the Seller by delivering them to the courier for shipment within fourteen (14) days of the date on which you have informed the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The products must be returned intact, in perfect condition without ever being worn (complete with protective accessory boxes, etc.) and accompanied by the safety band applied on the article. Any product that Drestige deems damaged, used, incomplete or dirty will not be refunded.

4. The only costs to be borne by you shall be those of returning the purchased products, unless the Seller has expressly exempted you from these costs at the time of purchase and the further condition that you make use of the forwarder indicated by the Seller in the Return Form.

5. However, if you decide to use the forwarder indicated by the Seller in the Return Form, you will not have to pay the costs of returning the purchased products at your own expense. The payment of the costs of returning the purchased products will be made, on your behalf, directly by the Seller, who will therefore release you from any obligation to pay to the freight forwarder. The Seller, for the payment of the refund, will retain from the refund a lump sum equal to the standard shipping cost of the products purchased. In addition, from the moment of delivery of the products purchased to the forwarder indicated by the Seller in the Return Form, the Seller releases you from any liability in case of loss or damage of the products during transport.

6. If you decide to use a different shipping method than that indicated by the Seller in the Return Form, you will have to pay the costs of returning the purchased products at your own expense. In this case, an amount equivalent to the cost of the purchased products will be refunded, while any additional costs incurred by you for choosing a different and/or faster type of shipment and delivery than the standard one will not be refunded. In this case, the responsibility may remain with you in case of loss or damage of the products. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.

7. If at the time of delivery of the products previously contracted with the Seller, the buyer refuses to deliver the package (without a proper cause communicated in time to our customer service: SERVIZIOCLIENTI@DRESTIGE.COM or does not provide a comprehensive shipping address will not be entitled to the full refund of sums already paid to the Seller.  In this case, from the expected refund will be deducted a sum equal to the shipping cost (outward: to the customer and back: to the Seller. All this will be specifically communicated to you, by e-mail, by the Seller. Within 14 days from the sending of the email with which you will be notified of the amount deducted from the refund, you can choose to regain, at your own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller, giving notice to the Seller, in the manner that will be communicated to you.

 

For purchases outside the U.E. the return is charged to the customer
